What file formats do you accept?
We accept Corel Draw 10 (.cdr), PhotoPaint (.cpt), Adobe Illustrator 8.0 (AI), Photoshop 6.0 (.psd), EPS and Tiff files.

What size do I make my clock face?
Just follow the outline on the template. The circle represents the inner rim of the clock frame. Make sure all of your artwork is within the circle.

How do I handle fonts?
Just render the layers with type to make them outlines or you can upload the fonts you have used with your art file.

What colors can I use for my artwork?
Use any colors from the RGB or CMYK palettes. Colors need not be Web-safe.

How do I send my file to Create-a-Clock?
Just click on this link "BuyOne."

That will take you to a page that explains the upload process, where you will enter your payment information and then be prompted to upload your artwork..

When can I expect delivery of my clock?
Within 2-3 weeks you will recieve your own custom clock face. And sample clocks will be sent within 1-2 weeks.
